Ambiance not great and sometimes clumsy but always attentive service . The highlight is the kitchen- the food preparation is excellent every time we have gone there - we wonder how they manage to keep the chef but are happy they do.

I've been here a few times, and I'll come here again, but certain things are strange to me. For example, I once asked for a cherry flavored Stoli and the bartender told me they did not have it even though I saw three bottles on the shelves behind her. I once asked for a wine that was written on this big mirror they have but was told it was out of date and they didnt have it (so get some Windex and update?) Often, if not totally at this point, cash-only as well, FYI.

Love this local gem! Great cocktails and food menu is very good as well with plenty of delicious options ranging from lighted appetizers and salads to a full entree if you're hungry. Service is always friendly and helpful with offering suggestions if you're not sure what to pick from their extensive menu of drinks. Love the lounge vibe of this place and nights with live music are a nice touch. The only drawback for me is that it's a cash-only place. It's not a problem or an issue just annoying...I personally rarely have any cash on me and it's just a nuisance.

Has such old traditional look inside I love the interior, especially all the wood. The staff is so friendly and fun to get along with always strike up great conversations and make sure you're having a great time whether you're there to just drink or enjoy dinner. The food itself is always so flavorful and I haven't gotten a dish I haven't liked. I've been here a few times and always enjoy my entire experience!

Cool little spot that has a variety of cocktails, kind of pricey considering they only accept cash but they also have live band that plays around 8 so I get why. Def worth checking out for the cool vibes

I used to frequent Anyway Cafe (2nd Ave location) for years and have always loved it. I've always wanted to try this location and lucky did last night with a group of friends. The vibe: fantastic. The place is inviting and intimate. The service: fantastic. Our waitress was fantastic and a joy. The drinks: fantastic. I particularly loved the horseradish and passion fruit martinis. The food: fantastic. I don't have a negative thing to say about any of it but the standouts for me were the seared tuna, the croutons, the pate, and the chicken paillard. But truly everything we had was delicious. Glad to know Anyway is here and we all decided we'd be back.

We have been coming here since we moved to Brooklyn from the East Village a few years ago! We stumbled upon it one night because were drawn to the festive lights and artsy canopied sinage. The food is just exquisitely flavored. We usually end up splitting the four cheese pasta and tuna. The last time we went, they had a jazz duo that we really enjoyed!
